Bryan is one of the most conscientious, hardworking, talented and honest contractors we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He refinished almost 1000 sq ft and installed about 500sq ft of new flooring in our home. We had red oak floors that had turned yellow. They were awful. We went with Bryan's suggestion on color and top coat and they look brand new (and quite frankly like the floors we should have had from the beginning) It has been 7 months and they look just as good as the day he finished. He arrived promptly in the mornings exactly when he said he would and worked the entire day with no breaks, phone calls etc. The transitions between the tile and carpet are seamless. He had to do a hallway that had multiple angles and it looks perfect. His work is top notch.

Bryan did an excellent job on the floor in our foyer. This was our first time having it refinished and the floor looks like new. Scheduling was easy and communication was excellent.

Bryan and his team installed floors on a renovation project we were both subcontracting on. As the painters, we had completed a custom spray finish on the trim and were nervous the floor guys would come in and damage it (as is common). Bryan’s team was extremely professional and clean, and no damage was done to our work. I referred Bryan to another client of mine who hired him to refinish her 100 year old stairs in black. The results were impeccable and she was very pleased with the entire process. I will continue to recommend this company to other clients.

Premier Flooring installed hickory wood in our living room and it came out amazing! We had existing wood flooring in the rest of the downstairs and Bryan tied it all together perfectly.He was professional from start to finish. We are extremely happy with the service and the outcome.

I had Bryan refinish the hardwood floors in my parents house before we sold it. They came out just beautiful! I then had him do the living/dining/stairs in my home. Bryan does excellent work! My floors look brand new. He and his staff are excellent to work with. They are very respectful of the property and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend him!

Bryan has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to refinish the floors in different rooms in my 200+ year old home. The finished product is always amazing! I don't know why I am always shocked at what a great job he does. Thank you again Bryan.

We had Bryan refinish the hardwood flooring in our newly-purchased 1958 era home. There was over 1200 square feet of flooring and he did a fantastic job. To be honest, his wasn't the cheapest bid, however I am a believer that most times you get what you pay for, and after meeting Bryan and talking with him, I knew he was the one for the job. He said the job would take three days and it did. He was very responsive in answering all of my questions (even after the job was finished and paid for) and was prompt in arriving when he said he would. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

We had Premier Hardwood Flooring come and treat our floors at Writers & Books which had not had any attention in almost 20 decades. There were chunks, giant scratches, and creaking boards. After Premier came in, our floors are like brand new. We have not stopped getting compliments about how wonderful they look and they have given the room a new life. 10/10 would recommend.

When it comes to floor refinishing, thee is none better in Western New York. Brian and his staff are complete professionals & take extreme pride in the work they do. I have used them twice now & the complements on our flooring reflect the quality of the workmanship. I would not hesitate to refer Premier to anyone looking to have this type of project done for them.

I would hire Bryan (owner) all over again in a heartbeat! He and his assistant repaired and refinished 2 bedroom floors in 3 day span and the results are breathtaking! They made them look like they did when the home was built in 1953 - maybe even better. I can't recommend Premier enough. They show their pride in being owner operated . And their price was fair. He did not try to nickle and dime you with repairs as many do. He discussed repairs prior to doing them and valued your answer.

Their name reflects their work. Quality of workmanship is top notch. Very satisfied with the workmanship, materials and attention to detail which is second to none. . Bryan & Jeff are great people and I would definitely have them do work in our home again. ........... Had Premier back for round two of refinishing and new install. We are very happy with the quality and professionalism of Bryan and Jeff. Our home flooring looks great with the new hardwoods and the old flooring that they refinished.Thanks and 2 thumbs up.

We recently pulled up carpet in our home and had the hardwood floors repaired and refinished. Bryan and Jeff did a great job and we are thrilled with their work. These guys were helpful, quick, and professional. Answered my inquiry within a day, gave me a quote, and booked the work about 2-3 weeks out. Once they started the work, it was quick and easy. 2 bedrooms, a staircase, and hallway were all finished in two days. Everything came out better than we expected. Highly recommend Premier Hardwood Flooring.

Last year Bryan and team refinished my upstairs floors and this year they installed engineered hardwood floors downstairs. They are knowledgeable, thorough, prompt, communicative, professional and a joy to work with. I have done a lot of renovations over the past 2 years and they were very easy to work with! I have nothing but good things to say about them and would recommend them to anyone looking to update existing floors or install new floors.

We've had carpeting in our living room for the 16 years since we moved here. When we pulled that carpet up and discovered hardwood underneath, we called Premier to sand and refinish the living room along with our dining room. Bryan and Jeff did outstanding work! Professional and friendly as can be. The floors look amazing and we can't wait to show them off to all our family and friends!

I had Brian redo the floors in my house when I was getting ready to sell it. When he was done they looked so incredible that I actually had reservations about going through with the sale of the house. He was professional, up front with what we should expect, showed up on time every day he worked, and gave us a fair price that was well worth the finished product. I highly recommend him for any of your flooring needs.

Brian is excellent at his craft!! I would highly recommend him to friends and family. I wanted some hardwood floors refinished in a couple rooms in my home and had several contractors come out and provide estimates. I'm so happy I went with Brian - highly professional, tons of experience and overall a great honest family guy. The hardwoods came out looking fantastic!! I'm getting compliments from guests wanting to know who did the job because of the great attention to detail. Pricing is reasonable and competitive with other estimates I received. Scheduling and communication came easy. He responds to texts within seconds! End the search and call Brian, you won't regret it.
